With the 2025 NFL draft behind us and the Jacksonville Jaguars’ roster largely set for the upcoming season, let’s take a way-too-early look ahead to who the team’s upcoming free agents are in 2026.

In one offseason with James Gladstone as the GM, we’ve already seen quite a bit of roster turnover in Jacksonville. Christian Kirk was traded, while Evan Engram and a few others were released.

None of the Jaguars’ unrestricted free agents were re-signed this offseason, while Gladstone made 10 outside signings, along with adding nine more players through the draft.

While Year 2 under new leadership typically isn’t going to have the same amount of turnover as Year 1, the roster reshaping process is still taking place at that point, with the new GM building the roster out as he sees fit.

Ultimately, how these soon-to-be free agents perform in 2025 will carry the most weight when it comes to whether or not they return, but the vision that Gladstone has cast for the organization will play a factor as well.

The Jaguars’ 2026 free agent class is headlined by Devin Lloyd, Travis Etienne, Logan Cooke, and Dyami Brown.

With help from Over the Cap, here are the Jaguars’ unrestricted free agents for the 2026 offseason.

LB Devin Lloyd

The Jaguars chose not to exercise Lloyd’s fifth-year option for the 2026 season, making him a free agent next offseason. Lloyd finished the 2024 season as one of the more efficient tacklers at the linebacker position, along with being one of PFF’s highest-graded run defenders as well. There may not be many players who benefit more from the addition of Anthony Campanile as the defensive coordinator than Lloyd, given his background working with linebackers and malleable scheme that can maximize Lloyd’s versatility.

RB Travis Etienne

Etienne is entering the final year of his rookie deal. After eclipsing 1,000 yards in each of his first two seasons, he totaled just 558 yards at 3.7 yards per rush in 2024. With Tank Bigsby still under contract in 2026 and the Jaguars adding two running backs in this year’s draft, the writing may already be on the wall for Etienne.

WR Dyami Brown

Brown hasn’t had an immense amount of production in his career, but he’s coming off an impressive postseason performance, where he eclipsed 200 receiving yards over Washington’s three games. The Jaguars see Brown as an ascending player, and his vertical presence, along with his YAC ability, is a skill set that could flourish in Liam Coen’s system. Brown signed a one-year, $10 million deal as a free agent.

P Logan Cooke

Cooke has been with the Jaguars since 2018 and made his first Pro Bowl last season. He was also a second-team All-Pro last season as well.

Other Jacksonville Jaguars 2026 unrestricted free agents

  • IOL Dennis Daley
  • QB John Wolford
  • LB Chad Muma
  • IOL Luke Fortner
