Day One of the 2025 NFL draft is in the books and it was full of surprises. Lots of names we expected to see come off the board but plenty of players we thought could sneak into the first round but fell. If you are a team picking early on Day Two of the draft, you have some exceptional options to pick from at nearly every position.
Perhaps the most surprising name that didn’t get called on Thursday night was Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders. Once he slid past the Pittsburgh Steelers at No. 21, we wondered if he’d fall all the way out of the round. But then, when the New York Giants traded back up into the first round, we thought maybe Sanders was saved. Instead, they opted for Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart and now Sanders waits.
Here are our top 20 prospects left on the board.
