On Tuesday, the team made a few roster moves that did not involve draft choices or undrafted rookie free agents. The first moves came via the NFL waiver wire, where Tennessee was awarded defensive end Titus Leo and defensive back Mark Perry from the New England Patriots.
Initially drafted in the sixth round of the 2023 NFL draft by the Indianapolis Colts, Leo spent his rookie season on injured reserve and was waived at the end of training camp in 2024. The Patriots signed him off the Colts’ practice squad in November and made his NFL debut in Week 15. Primarily a special teamer, he finished the year playing 86 snaps (77 on special teams) and making four tackles and one tackle for loss.
The Miami Dolphins initially signed Perry as an undrafted rookie free agent out of TCU after the 2024 NFL draft. Released at the end of training camp, he latched onto the Houston Texans’ practice squad before being released and then signing with the Patriots’ practice squad. He did not log an official snap during the 2024 season.
The Patriots waived Leo and Perry on Monday in a group of six players released after the conclusion of the NFL draft.
To make room for Leo and Perry, the Titans parted ways with offensive linemen Arlington Hambright and Isaiah Prince.

Both players spent the majority of the 2024 season on the Titans’ practice squad and were signed to futures contracts at the end of the season. They are now set to hit free agency and catch on with another NFL franchise.
The Titans’ official roster now sits at 75 players with a group of undrafted rookie free agents lined up to be signed in the coming weeks.
