What the 5’10” Minnesota CB with a 30 3/4″ reach lacks in size, he more than makes up for in competitive spirit — which is exactly what the Steelers need on defense.
Walley was also joined by lightning-fast Tennessee RB Jaydon Blue and Syracuse standout QB Kyle McCord on Monday’s pre-draft visits.
The Pittsburgh Steelers wouldn’t need to spend a premium draft pick to acquire Walley, as the Minnesota CB prospect has been projected as a Day 3 pick by most draft analysts — a perfect scenario that could allow an underrated corner to fall right into the Steel City’s 156th pick in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
