Former Penn State defensive lineman Coziah Izzard is on his way to the NFL, and he found quite a landing spot in the process. Izzard signed as an undrafted free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs, the defending AFC champions who have won two Super Bowls in the past three seasons, and played for a third this past season.
Izzard spent all five of his years in college football with the Penn State program, and he ended his college career with 78 total tackles in 50 career games. Izzard had career highs of 31 tackles and 7 TFL last season in helping Penn State play for a Big Ten championship and make a run to the College Football Playoff semifinal.
Signed.
