The New York Giants will host free agent defensive end DeMarcus Walker for a free agent visit on Wednesday.
ESPN’s Peter Schrager was the first to report the news.

The 6-foot-4, 280-pound Walker was a second-round pick of the Denver Broncos out of Florida State (51st overall) back in 2017. After spending four years in Denver, Walker moved on to Houston and Tennessee (where Giants defensive coordinator Shane Bowen was an assistant) before playing the past two seasons in Chicago.
Walker has played in 100 NFL games in his eight-year career with 42 starts. He has 191 combined tackles with 26.5 sacks and two forced fumbles.
The Giants’ defensive line room is already fairly crowded. They have 11 players under contract and the upcoming draft is a very deep one. It will be hard for them to pass completely on a defensive lineman.
