Everyone from Miami Heat fans, Bam Adebayo, Pat Riley, and Erik Spoelstra expected Tyler Herro to be the new star for this squad. While it did work against the Chicago Bulls and Atlanta Hawks, the NBA Playoffs air was just different, which led to him getting exposed by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Heat’s season has unfortunately come to an end. Coach Erik Spoelstra’s squad ended with a 158-83 Game 4 loss in the NBA Playoffs. It was clear that the team from South Beach was ill-equipped from the start of this series, but not a lot of people expected Tyler Herro to produce such small numbers in this elimination game.

“Herro should be traded,” and, “Herro had 4 points omg he so a**,” were statements than ran amok online after the Heat lost.

Others even recalled what the Heat star said before getting absolutely molly-whopped in Game 4, “Herro said he wasn’t getting swept, then went out there and put up 4 points???”

Some were even creative in venting out their frustrations, “Tyler Herro is like the Avatar when the Fire Nation attacked smh.”

Herro only sank one out of his 10 field goal attempts throughout this NBA Playoffs clash. He chucked up nine three-pointers and only one of them saw the bottom of the net. This inability to score despite being given 31 minutes to play by Coach Erik Spoelstra was the main frustration of Heat fans.

The faithful were just glad that their NBA Playoffs agony came to an end, “Thank god. The pain is over. Y’all G league.”

Others were still optimistic that the Heat could make things work with one big offseason acquisition, “Find a superstar to go with Bam and Herro!!”

This anger will clearly dissipate. Heat fans will now have a clean slate to work with and hopefully better team chemistry once the 2025-26 season commences.
