The 2025 NFL Draft is just days away, and all 32 NFL teams are finalizing their draft plans before things kick off in Green Bay.

One group that every organization, including the Chicago Bears, is always looking to improve is the offensive line. If you can’t protect the quarterback or create holes for a strong running game, you can’t win in this league. At the draft, there is going to be a heavy emphasis on the offensive line, as some good players are set to go early. Beyond that, it is about finding gems scattered throughout days two and three.

With that in mind, we’re taking a look at the best offensive linemen and when they should be available between Days 1, 2 and 3.

Day 1

  • Will Campbell – LSU
  • Armand Membou – Missouri
  • Kelvin Banks Jr. – Texas
  • Grey Zabel – North Dakota
  • Josh Simmons – Ohio State
  • Josh Connerly Jr. – Oregon
  • Tyler Booker – Alabama

Will Campbell is one of the best players in the draft, regardless of position. Beyond that, there are a ton of great offensive linemen to consider in the first round. More might jump in, but these are the seven that you can count on being selected. The fact that almost one-third of a round will be linemen on the offensive side of the ball speaks volumes about the importance of the position. It also speaks to the lack of depth it has across the league. Everybody needs help in this area.

Day 2

  • Aireontae Ersery – Minnesota
  • Donovan Jackson – Ohio State
  • Jonah Savaiinaea – Arizona
  • Tate Ratledge – Georgia
  • Marcus Mbow – Purdue
  • Ozzy Trapilo – Boston College

Aierontae Ersery could be a late pick in the first round but is more likely to end up being selected early on Day 2. After him comes a group of highly-talented offensive linemen who just need a little bit of seasoning before they become impactful in the NFL. There are plenty of Day 2 linemen who go on to be elite in the NFL. It isn’t just about identifying those at this stage of the draft, though. It also comes with the need to develop them into their full potential.

Day 3

  • Cameron Williams – Texas
  • Dylan Fairchild – Georgia
  • Jalen Travis – Iowa State
  • Bryce Cabeldue – Kansas
  • Clay Webb – Jacksonville State

Any of the linemen on Day 2 could fall back to Day 3, and vice versa. These are the guys you scout throughout the college football season to see if you can find a true diamond in the rough. Super Bowl-winning offensive lines can be built by finding one or two difference makers, even if they’re depth pieces, at this stage of the draft. The drop off at this position as time goes on may be the most significant of any. There is a reason that every team needs help in the trenches, no matter how they fared the previous year. The story is always the same: you can’t win without good offensive line play.
