Heaven, 18, has been thrust into the United team amid a string of injuries and had been performing well before his injury, as he collided with Patson Daka and was in a lot of pain as he was carried off.
But these latest comments from Amorim have allayed fears he will be out for a lengthy period.

“It was not so serious so he is recovering,” Amorim said ahead of United’s trip to Nottingham Forest on Tuesday. “He is not ready to play [against Forest] but he is going to return this season, for sure.”

The defender left Arsenal with just 10 minutes of senior football played in an October tie against Preston North End in the League Cup but has already worked his way into United’s team due to performance and injuries.
Heaven made his United debut playing 30 minutes against Fulham in the FA Cup earlier this month, then his Premier League debut off the bench over 45 minutes versus Arsenal last week.
