Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kevin Durant are two of the greatest players in NBA history. They have combined to win three MVPs, three championships and three Finals MVPs.

Antetokounmpo has spent his entire career with the Milwaukee Bucks, while Durant has played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns.

Durant won his two championships with the Warriors in 2017 and 2018, while Antetokounmpo captured his lone ring in 2021.

Some believe Antetokounmpo could think about leaving the Bucks this summer since Damian Lillard will miss a chunk of next season recovering from his Achilles tear. Meanwhile, the Suns and Durant are expected to work together on a trade this summer.

Antetokounmpo and Durant are once-in-a-generation players, so several teams will be interested in their services if they are made available on the trade market, and according to NBA insider Jake Fischer, a team with two All-Stars is eyeing both future Hall of Famers.

Fischer reported that the San Antonio Spurs are being linked to Antetokounmpo and Durant. The Spurs, a historic NBA franchise, have Victor Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox.

Antetokounmpo averaged 30.4 points, 11.9 rebounds and 6.5 assists for the Bucks this season. He will make $54.1 million next season.

Meanwhile, Durant averaged 26.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.2 assists for the Suns in 2024-25. He will make $54.7 million next season in the final year of his contract.

The Spurs made a blockbuster move this season when they acquired Fox from the Sacramento Kings. Only time will tell if they make another major move this summer.
