The NFL Draft is a time to enjoy the chaos that is the 257 selections being made by the 32 teams around the league over three days. This year’s draft in Green Bay went seamlessly, and it proved to be one of the better hosts in recent years. As Kyle Yates of ESPN pointed out on social media, when the gates at the airport offer milkshakes and cheese curds at five in the morning, that’s hard to beat.

Outside of milkshakes and cheese curds, there is more to review when it comes to the NFL Draft. The picks obviously need to be discussed, and analysts are discussing and grading team’s draft classes.

One analyst who is well respect is Mike Renner. Previously with PFF, Renner now splits his time with various outlets but was with Bleacher Report for the 2025 NFL Draft. He took to social media this weekend and shared some of his favorite drafts, the Bucs were among them.

Renner went on to explain further that, “The Bucs were the closest any team came to a ‘no skips’ draft where every player was ranked higher on my board than where they got drafted. Only Emeka Egbuka was lower and by just 4 spots (pick 19 vs. 23 on my board).”

The Bucs seemed to draft the best players that fell to them, and while some picks may seem like head scratchers, I think we can trust Jason Licht at this point.
