The Georgia Bulldogs continue to be active in the spring transfer portal, adding another player to their roster. Today, UCF Knights offensive lineman Waltclaire Flynn announced his commitment to the Bulldogs. Flynn arrives in Athens with four years of eligibility remaining.
As a member of the 2024 recruiting class, Waltclaire Flynn was a highly regarded four-star prospect out of powerhouse Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia. Flynn was ranked as the 385th-best player nationally, the 25th-best interior offensive lineman, and the 44th-best player in Georgia.
Having redshirted last season without appearing in any games for UCF, Waltclaire Flynn joins the Georgia Bulldogs to fill a crucial need for offensive line depth. Last year’s starter at center, Jared Wilson, is now in the NFL.
Drew Bobo is slated to start at center, but Flynn will help bolster their depth at center. The 6-foot-2, 305-pound offensive lineman is viewed as a natural fit for the center role.
The Georgia Bulldogs have been actively utilizing the spring transfer portal, now having added four new players to their roster this spring.
Waltclaire Flynn joins a spring transfer group that includes Illinois running back Josh McCray, Miami defensive lineman Joshua Horton and Army edge Elo Modozie. These additions represent a significant boost at positions where Georgia was looking to increase their depth and talent.
