Apr. 25—Sean Sullivan and Owen Gray drew back-to-back bases loaded walks in the top of the sixth inning to lift Noble to a 5-4 win over Kennebunk in the baseball season opener for both teams on Friday in Kennebunk.

Carl Gregoire pitched a complete game, allowing four runs on six hits, while striking out four to earn the win for Noble. Owen Orlando hit a double for the Knights.

Max Andrews hit a two-run home run for Kennebunk.

CAPE ELIZABETH 10, LEAVITT 0: Brady Inman pitched a no-hitter and had three hits as the Capers (2-0) beat the Hornets (0-1) in Cape Elizabeth.

Inman struck out nine and didn’t walk a batter. Andy Choie added two hits and two RBI, while Finn Connolly and Jamieson Bryant each had two RBI and two runs scored. Jimmy Hollowell also had two RBI.

BIDDEFORD 10, WINDHAM 0: Landon Sirois was 3 for 4 with a double, a triple and a run scored as the Tigers beat the Eagles in the season opener for both teams in Windham.

Gavin Haggett also tripled and earned the win, allowing three hits in four innings. He struck out nine and walked six.

THORNTON ACADEMY 6, CHEVERUS 3: Jacob Fish had a double and drove in two runs as the Trojans beat the Stags in the season opener for both teams in Portland.

Dominic Hussey added a double, while Parker Bjorklund was 3 for 4, with an RBI and scored twice for Thornton Academy.

Beck Edgerly homered for Cheverus.

SOUTH PORTLAND 6, DEERING 0: Hudson Iacuessa pitched five scoreless innings and struck out 12 as the Red Riots beat the Rams in a season opener for both teams in South Portland.

Iacuessa also had a triple, while Brady Main and Corbin Voisine each had a double.

John Bechard had two singles for Deering.

GREELY 17, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Ben Kyles was 4 for 4 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored as the Rangers (2-0) beat the Patriots (0-2) in Gray.

Kyle Soule added two hits, including a home run, drove in three and scored three for Greely. Luke Piper had a home run and scored three times. Keeler Vogt added two hits, two RBI and two runs scored.

POLAND 2, MEDOMAK VALLEY 1: Cade Johnson drove in two runs in the sixth inning to give the Knights (1-1) at win over the Panthers (1-1) in Poland.

Johnson had three hits, including a double for Poland. Eliot Rioux pitched didn’t allow a hit in three innings of relief to earn the win.

Gabe Lash had a double for Medomak Valley, which scored on an error in the first.

SKOWHEGAN 6, CAMDEN HILLS 3: The River Hawks (1-0) rallied with three runs in the sixth inning and two in the seventh to beat the Windjammers (0-2) in Rockport.

Grant Cram earned the win for Skowhegan, allowing two earned runs and five hits over five innings. Jack Fitzpatrick had two hits for the River Hawks.

Brian Leonard had a double and single for Camden Hills.

SOFTBALL

WINDHAM 10, BONNY EAGLE 0: Kennedy Kimball was 3 for 4 with three RBI, and struck out 10 batters to five innings to lift the Eagles (1-0) past the Scots (1-1) in Windham.

Chloe Edwards had a home run and two RBI, while Stella Jarvais added two hits for Windham. Yani Kostopoulus added a double and an RBI.

Leah Story had two hits for Bonny Eagle.

YORK 19, MORSE 3: The Wildcats (2-0) had 19 hits, including three home runs, and cruised to a win over the Shipbuilders (0-2) in Bath.

Maren Robinson had two hits, including a homer, and picked up the win. She allowed three hits and struck out seven. Hannah Cleary (four hits, six RBI) and Sarah Orso (four hits, five RBI) also homered for York. Bella Santini added three RBI.

ST. DOMINIC 13, WELLS 11: Emily Andrews continued her hot start with a home run and four RBI as the Saints (1-1) beat the Warriors (1-3) in Auburn.

Andrews, who also doubled and scored three runs, has seven hits and nine RBI in St. Dom’s two games this spring.

Her sister, Maddie Andrews, also hit a home run and earned the win by striking out nine. Chloe Croteau led the Saints with four hits, including a double, and four runs. Leah Shannon also doubled, and Piper Croteau tripled.

Savannah Tardiff and Delani Brown each had a double and three hits for Wells. Jada Pullen doubled twice and Payton Fazzina had two hits and scored four runs.

BOYS LACROSSE

WINDHAM 7, BONNY EAGLE 2: Garrett Winslow, Sean LeBel and Trevor Baillargeon all scored twice as the Eagles (2-0) beat the Scots (2-1) in Standish.

Landon Wyman also scored for Windham. Zack Gagne made seven saves.

Nick Breton and Colby Bailey scored, which Mason Leblanc had 20 saves for Bonny Eagle.
