The Tennessee Titans have eight picks in the upcoming 2025 NFL draft, including the first overall pick. As the draft nears, mock drafts continue to show up in abundance, including NFL.com’s Chad Reuter’s latest seven-round mock draft.

The mock draft, released a few days ago, predicts, as do most mock drafts, that the Titans will select Miami quarterback Cam Ward with the first overall pick. But what about the rest? Here’s how Reuter sees it going down:

  1. (1) Cam Ward, QB, Miami
  2. (35) Oluwafemi Oladejo, EDGE, UCLA
  3. (103) Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State
  4. (120) Melvin Smith Jr., CB, Southern Arkansas
  5. (141) Shemar James, LB, Florida
  6. (167) Jared Ivey, DL, Mississippi
  7. (178) Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami
  8. (188) Malachi Moore, S, Alabama

While surprising to see two receivers being selected, the Titans do need additional depth at the position. Bringing in Restrepo, a receiver who is already familiar with Cam Ward because they played together in Miami, is a solid way to introduce both players to the NFL game.

Reuter has the Titans addressing all of their major needs in his mock. Oladejo and Ivey are both edge prospects, although Ivey will need further development. James also needs development and is most likely a special-teams player. Smith and Moore add depth to the secondary, something sorely needed, especially with the L’Jarius Sneed allegations.

We’ll see who the Titans end up with in less than a week.
