Apr. 17—JAMESTOWN — Medina High School athletic director Damon Bosche was recently named the North Dakota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association’s Division B District 2 Athletic Administrator of the Year.
Bosche is one of eight Division B district recipients this year. During the basketball seasons, Bosche was named the District 2 Athletic Director of the Year. As of Thursday, April 17, the Thunder athletic teams, which are in a co-op with Jamestown High School for football, boys hockey, swimming and softball, have gone a combined 69-54.
The Medina/Pingree-Buchanan girls volleyball team made the state tournament for the first time in program history, finishing in third. The Thunder boys basketball team won the District 2 title and finished fourth at the Region 1 tournament.
