The Tennessee Titans hosted a local pro day ahead of the 2025 NFL draft, and West Virginia quarterback Garrett Greene was among those in attendance.

Greene is mostly known as a dual-threat quarterback who threw for 2,300 yards and 15 touchdowns as a senior at WVU, but he also threw 12 interceptions and was sacked 21 times. As a rusher, he carried the ball 133 times for 751 yards and six touchdowns as a senior.

Despite his tenure as a quarterback and experience as a runner, Greene has opted to enter the NFL as a wide receiver. He does have some experience at WVU, catching four passes for 32 yards in 2022.

Whether teams view him as a running back, receiver, or quarterback, Greene is versatile and has the potential to be a utility player much like how Tyjae Spears emerged last season. Fast and athletic, Greene’s 5-foot-11 frame may hinder him as a wide receiver, but he is still an intriguing prospect.
