Will the Carolina Panthers‘ first-round pick be on hand in Green Bay, Wisc. next week?

On Monday, the NFL announced the 17 players that have accepted their invitations to attend the 2025 NFL draft.

Those prospects are as follows:

  • OL Tyler Booker (Alabama)
  • LB Jihaad Campbell (Alabama)
  • OL Will Campbell (Louisiana State)
  • EDGE Abdul Carter (Penn State)
  • QB Jaxson Dart (Ole Miss)
  • WR Matthew Golden (Texas)
  • DL Mason Graham (Michigan)
  • WR/CB Travis Hunter (Colorado)
  • RB Ashton Jeanty (Boise State)
  • CB Will Johnson (Michigan)
  • WR Tetairoa McMillan (Arizona)
  • QB Jalen Milroe (Alabama)
  • OL Josh Simmons (Ohio State)
  • S Malaki Starks (Georgia)
  • EDGE Shemar Stewart (Texas A&M)
  • QB Cam Ward (Miami)
  • EDGE Mykel Williams (Georgia)

Discounting the COVID-restricted 2020 draft, only five of Carolina’s past 13 first-round selections attended the actual event. Those players include quarterback Bryce Young (2023), offensive tackle Ikem Ekwonu (2022), pass rusher Brian Burns (2017), defensive lineman Vernon Butler (2016) and quarterback Cam Newton (2011).

So, uh, if you’re hoping that the Panthers follow through on a specific University of Georgia Bulldog, then perhaps this year’s guest list is a great sign.
