One of those games is getting a push from NFL Media as a top ten matchup in 2025 due to the history between the quarterbacks in the matchup.
This week, NFL Media released their top ten matchups for the upcoming season, and within it, the game between the Vikings and Seahawks made the cut. The game will be a rematch of the 2024 game, where the Vikings will play Seattle, but now it has a twist. Sam Darnold will be on the opposite sideline after signing with the Seahawks this offseason, and he will be expected to face off with the man he was supposed to back up, J.J. McCarthy.
